City Reach Foundation is a registered Gold Coast charity. We coordinate frontline care across the city — running our own initiatives and connecting people to the agencies, services and partners hosting theirs. Everyone is welcome — whoever you are, whatever your story.

Connecting the Hearts of the City.

Right now

Two initiatives we’re running this season — part of a wider year-round mission of food relief, emergency support, family pathways, and the day-to-day work of connecting people to the agencies, services and partners across the city hosting their own.

About us

A broad, collaborative response — not a single-issue charity.

City Reach Foundation Ltd is a registered Australian charity on the Gold Coast. We coordinate frontline care across the city — running our own initiatives, and connecting people to the agencies, services and partners hosting theirs. The aim is the same either way: get people to the right door, faster. We serve people regardless of background or belief.

Volunteers working together in a community setting

From this city, for this city

The Gold Coast is home. We want everyone here to feel that.

Care that meets people where they are — plain, practical, without fanfare.

The work we achieve

Frontline practical care, from crisis back to stability.

City Reach focuses on what we call "−10 to 0" — meeting people in the hardest moments and walking them back to a stable starting line. Across the year we run food relief, emergency support, domestic violence assistance, and seasonal initiatives like the Winter Initiative and Care4Kids.

Some programs are live; others activate as the Foundation matures. The full portfolio is on the Our Work page.
