Two signature initiatives, plus the standard frontline portfolio. Live and in development:

Learn moreAcross the portfolio, the practical services we deliver are the ones that respond to real needs — food, clothing, hygiene, household essentials, community, volunteer mobilisation and safe referral. These are the building blocks every program is made of.
Emergency food parcels, pantry distribution, and partnerships with food rescue networks across the Gold Coast.
Clean clothes, hygiene packs and access to the basics that restore comfort and dignity.
Bedding, kitchen basics and home-starter support for people moving out of crisis into stability.
Shared meals, conversation and hospitality — the long thread of belonging that holds people steady.
Trained, rostered volunteers from across the community serving on the frontline of practical care.
A dignified entry point into housing, mental health, DV recovery and longer-term support via trusted partners.
Our frontline base on the Gold Coast — a coordinated community hub bringing together intake, volunteers, partners and next-step pathways under one roof. The hub is the ground we build everything else from: food relief, volunteer mobilisation, safe referrals, and the next initiatives as they come.
City Reach is designed to work alongside existing charities, churches, councils and community groups — coordinated with the wider local response rather than replacing it. Where we can deliver, we deliver. Where someone else is doing the work better, we refer.
